hello..any review on swarnaprashana ayurvedic immunization..is it good and worth giving?

Mam if you want you can give it to the child there is no problem in that case but generally doctors don’t advise to give it because if your child is having a good and healthy diet and taking sufficient amount of proteins and the growth is going good unnecessarily the supplements are not advisable to be given
