Hello All my son is 7 years old he is feeling acidity from last some days. food is not digest properly please suggest me some home remedies to get relief from acidity.

A. hello dear mum , give small frequent meals , avoud oily fried n spicy food easy to digest foid seasonal fruits veg buttermilk include jeera hing encourage outdoor play water intake
