Hello all. My baby is 3.5 month old. Unfortunately my baby’s body temperature is getting high in night time for past 2 days. And after giving paracetamol it’s getting settled. Also he have light cold with sneezing . What should I do further

A. check the temperature in the axilla Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
