Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
Exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes and have an active lifestyle.

For reducing weight you should start doing yoga regularly. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning to get better results. Do yoga regularly. You should also cut the calories intake and add more fibre and protein in a regular diet plan to get results very fast
