Q.
hello all my baby is 1 year old now..she is resisting to have cow milk..what should I have to do now??and I'm using that milk in sheera,and home made cerelac too..she is not having it directly in bottle..

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, try to give milk using katori and spoon or using a glass. You can add powdered nuts to it to enhance the taste. You can also give fruit smoothies. You can also give milk in the form of recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer. Continue to breastfeed.
