hello all... good evening... my son is 21 months. old now...what activities I can give to my baby as he plays with toys only for few minutes and does not show interest...........can anyone suggest play activities I can do with my baby.... one more thing can I introduce shapes,number and alphabet to him... he started talking but not very clear just says amma appa ....how to encourage him to talk please someone suggest me

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. this is how it starts By 9months to 1yeat they just say mama, papa. By 15 months will understand whatever we say and will observe more. By 18 months they speak few meaningful words amma appa papa mamma thattha.. After two years they make combinations of words like amma give, amma take, appa go, mama come.. Later they make sentences. It will take time for them to speak complete full sentences. Just keep talking more to your kid.
