hello agar bacche ko milk allergy he to milk products all band he to use milk k nutrients kaise milenge?...milk necessary hota he kya baccho k liye ?

A. u can give soya milk

A. Yes milk is necessary but if kids are allergic then there are other options also available. you can give lactose free milk product. Healthy home food which includes good nutrients
