U Can use SPOO shampoo if you want to that’s one of the best shampoo for dandruff issues along with that also I can tell you if you want you can get the scalp of your child shaved off completely with that the issue is going to subside and the first teeth of the child and come by the age of 17 months also tell that you can very well wait
