A. A 6 years old child can now eat almost all the foods as adults. You must include fresh, home cooked, nutritious meals like oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, chicken and fish curry with rice, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, dalia, pan cake, waffle, omelette, boiled egg, legumes, chickpeas, kidney beans, soya, alongwith variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk, milk and coconut water. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
