give different seasonal vegetables fruits and dry fruits and always go for homemade healthy nutritious food. for breakfast preferably soft Idli Dosa moong dal cheela or porridges.. for lunch gave rice dal Roti mix vegetable paratha sabji curd buttermilk give variety of vegetables to your kid. for dinner preferably give lightly digesting food like khichdi moong dal khichdi vegetable soup boiled and mashed vegetables full stop for mid-day lakh give fruits dry fruits multigrain laddu or are Apple pineapple banana stick..cheese
