Healthy Baby Food chart & Daily routine of kid & activities to be fit. How to understand their mind set to get them in a good behaviour & discipline manner. Please share us the methods we want follow.

A. Hello mom as far as diet is considered a chart has been shared, try to include foods from various groups , so as to provide a balanced diet. you may best make a routine for them for the day , so that had their meal time as well their schedule for sleep, waking up, playing , studing or sitting and doing small age appropriate works, for their physcial activity , yoga, swimming, cycling and also outdoor playing are good
