he's so Eagar to eat always....is it a gud sign or bad??? if bad how to make him have controlled diet...n he's mot stout also...he's eats bt does t get fat

It is good if your child is it but in moderation if your child is always feeling hungry always always believe that that is not a good sign and that is first you should take a thyroid test and if it is negative then you have to set a certain amount of food to be given to the child if your child will keep eating like this going to be absolutely unhealthy
