He's 8 month old, suddenly today morning He's over the body got some allergy, or something, plz refer my attached photo. what will I do next.

A. hi it looks like allergic reaction you may apply baby soothing Calamine lotion there for example Cetaphil lotion choose Cotton clothes for your child keep that area clean
