ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. vomit medicine like ondem as prescribed by doctor for hydration keep feeding ors after every vomit and can give home made fresh juices and coconut water give frequent soft semi liquid foods ones which are preferred by the child like daliya, khichadi, thick soup.
