he is very active but his body weight is just 12kg

A. Hello mam Many kids are slow weight gainer and if he is active, alert and not falling sick often then don’t worry Include protein in the diet or increase the intake like by add paneer, cheese, curd, eggs in the diet apart from normal food Improve the calories of the food the child take and not the quantity like add ghee or cheese or butter in the food or dry fruits or peanuts Don’t force feed him Reduce intake of biscuits, chips and milk as they suppress appetite .. milk only 2 times a day not more than 200-220 ml
