he is urinating more... doctor said phimosis.. consult surgeon..phimosis can be cured with any ointments

It What is the situation in the skin of the penis does not come down it has got no connection with excessive urinating I think it could be due to some hidden infection but you should get a check with your doctor because surgery is the last option prior to that if they can advise you with some solution to open it where did you can apply coconut oil regularly and try to pull the screen down slowly gradually it also helps in a lot of cases
