Q.

he is really skinny but active like anything I want him to gain some weight how to do so?he eats okaiyish Hz not a fussy eater but less quantity

A. hi there is difference between to look thin and to have low weight gain. so if your child weighs around 14 to 17 kg then no need to worry about his or her appearance. because for a child it is more important to stay happy and active then any other things. but if it is not so ,then for Healthy weight gain, offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice etc to your child. give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child. add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet give Massage to your child daily maintain good hygiene
