A. dear parent , Provide a balanced meal which includes all.the food groups. avoid processed and packaged foods. include weight gaining foods like potato, sweet potato, ragi, banana, seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts, milk and milk products like curd ,paneer , cheese ,ghee , eggs , lean meat etc. invlove him in physical activity.
