Most of the toddlers are fussy and picky eaters and therefore it is important to feed nutritious foods by mixing variety of foods so that maximum nutrition can be given even in smaller quantities. To help baby gain weight, include fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, paneer and 550-650 ml milk everyday.
Serve in a kiddie bowl or plate or cup with a straw from brands like Babyhug feeding range and give in different shapes and colors to make it interesting.
