Q.
He is my nephew and he is 6 year old, when he vomit there is some paneer like piece in his vomit plz tell me why

Did You feed Paneer to your child in any mail maybe your child had indigestion which is why your child was throwing a Paneer into the vomiting you’ll have to get it checked properly once again because whatever you are eating your child is just unable to digest it which is why you’re warm but the child is vomiting same things out
