he is down with fever since 2 days now ,developing his lower teeth as well fever doesent by crocin 1.5 ml or ibrufin 1 lm

A. can givev either. keep temperature checking 6 hourly.. And give paracetamol drops / syp in proper dose. Fevers higher than 102 F, consult paedriatician
