Q.
he is around 2 years and 4 month not started speaking only ma n pa.very low immunity.always fall ill and always suffering from skin problems like atopic eczema.

Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months . child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age . just makrre the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly. if the sfpeech does not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

U Should go ahead with homoeopathic treatment for the entire thing that you are looking for I’m sure you’ll get good results for that and it is going to be actually good in every way for the child so this is what you should be working upon as of now a consult a homeopathic doctor just go ahead with their suggestion
