Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. the most common cause would be due to nutritional deficiency there is a possibility that your child is having nutritional deficiency which is causing such chxanges in the child so give plenty of water and seasonal fruits and vegetables and meet your dxoctor who will tell you whether any health supplements in the form of iron calcium vitamin d or multi vitamin is required or not .

That usually happens due to acute dryness into the lips of the child so you should regularly apply Boroline anti septic cream every two hours to 3 hours difference and specially in the corners you should apply and maintain proper hygiene into the lips of your child
