A. At four months old, it's generally recommended to focus on breast milk or formula as the primary source of nutrition. Solid foods, including biscuits, are usually introduced around six months. Considerations: 1. Biscuits: If you want to introduce biscuits, ensure they are specifically made for babies, are soft, and free from added sugar or salt. 2. Choking Hazard: Be cautious, as biscuits can pose a choking hazard for younger infants. Ensure they are suitable for your baby's developmental stage. 3. Nutritional Needs: Focus on iron-fortified cereals and pureed fruits and vegetables, which are more appropriate for this age. Next Steps: Consult your pediatrician before introducing any new foods to ensure it's appropriate for your baby’s development.
