He is 20months old now he only say few word mumma,papa dada,mama is there any speech delay his cousin she is only 1 tr 2month old she repeats all words

Every child is different if your child is only saying certain words but not repeating that does not mean it is a delay as some kids pick up onto their speech by the age of 2 1/2 years also so you should just try and communicate more and more with your child I think that is what is going to be helpful
