Follow small and frequent meal pattern for the child
Include 2 servings of fruits per day
3 servings of vegetables
2-3 servings of milk and milk products
3 to 4 servings of cereals and pulses
Dry fruits like soaked almonds, roasted cashews, pista, dates, soaked walnuts, raisins in the diet
Avoid excess intake of chips and chocolate

Hello ma’am Try to give Paneer or tofu to your child on an every day basis because both of the things are specifically high in protein and that’s one of the best thing that you should be giving to your child on an every day basis to balance the diet and give good amount of fruits and water as well
