Q.

he is 1 year and 1 month old but he is not always eating spits the food and does not like it. what should I do plz tell.

A. hi mom dont worry let baby play a lot, get tired and ask for food then give one pot liquidy foods soup rice mix veg dal khichdi with ghee dal rice curd rice add nuts powder in milk
