A. Tiny red or white bumps appear on the baby's cheeks, nose, and forehead. The cause is unknown. It typically clears up on its own in about 3 to 4 months without leaving marks. To treat baby acne, don't use any of the over-the-counter acne products you'd use on yourself. You don't need to worry about small white bumps that form on your newborn's skin. These are normal. Milia is a harmless condition that temporarily affects your appearance and the texture of your skin. The condition doesn't need treatment and usually goes away on its own after a few weeks.Cetaphil Baby Baby Face Cream – Best Fragrance-Free It is also super gentle on the skin and works to protect your baby's skin from redness or rashes. It's formulated without any fragrances, which is an ingredient that tends to make sensitive skin flare-up.Wash your baby's face every day with warm water. ...Don't use an exfoliating product intended for adults on your baby, since these products are too harsh for a newborn's skin.Never pick at, squeeze or try to pop the milia.
