you can include variety og homecooked foods and avoid processed, packed, and junk foods.
you can give milk, milk shakes, paneer, banana, chikko, boiled potato, boiled sprouts and pulses, nit, dried fruits, egg, chicken, fish if non-vegetarian, stuffed roti or paratha, rice and daliya recipes, pancake, porridge, kheer, sheera, upma, poha, stuffed idli, dosa, etc and use ghee in meal preparations.
add small mid-meals after 2 hours
avoid force feeding.
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and if the child is active then it is not w problem and make sure to gve your child healthy and nutritious food in the diet and also include fruits and vegetables and dry fruits and dairy products which all can help in the growth of your child
