Q.

He eats healthy food. all fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, milk, curd. once in a while junk food or chips something. still he has very low immunity and very thin. his weight is around 12.5kg. and he is 3year 9 month old. please suggest

A. include kore protien in regular food. Like- all pulses, eggs, all milk and milk products, banana, youghrt, beans, chickpeas, tofu, nuts.These foods are important for your child’s bone growth, muscle development and stimulate body growth. As they are rich in proteins and minerals, including them in a child’s diet ensures increase in height and weight. In fact, dried fruits and nuts are the most ideal food for undernourished children to gain weight as they provide all the required micro-nutrients along with calories and fats.

A. he eats all these things. its all there in his daily diet.
