he don't like milk. then how can I give him sufficient calcium diet.

A. Hi Apart from milk, you can also give calcium rich foods like curd , paneer, tofu, soya bean flour to soup or chapati, green vegetables, nachani atta, vegetables like drumstick, egg, fish, chicken, almonds, walnuts dates.

A. Healthy, calcium-rich foods include: Almond milk or almond butter. Beans. Broccoli. Calcium-fortified cereals. Calcium-fortified orange juice. Calcium-fortified soy milk. Green leafy vegetables (collard greens, turnip greens, kale, and spinach) Papaya.
