For kids skin externally a gentle body wash helps, we use little joys neem bodywash which is mild and moisturizing. For vitamins get a blood test to check what's actually low meanwhile you can add little joys in everyday as they are just to fill nutrition gaps and not very high supplement

even if a kid is eating fruits and vegetables you can't guarantee glow
but try to sneak fruits in juices and vegetables in.paratha or Frankie.
make dryfruit powder and add it in chilled milk with chocolate powder
kids who don't drink warm.or hot milk easily but they love shakes like things
