having fever and cough to my son since past 2 days even he didn't drink water due to pain in his throat age :7 yr

I think your child could be having a throat infection so that a proper course of antibiotics would be required kindly go for that as the child is going to start feeling ease into the throat area after that it would be convenient to have water and give warm water to the child
