Oh I think you may be feeling of cracked nipples and that is my blood could be there just clean the nipples properly and apply any good cream into that area that’s going to be very helpful for you as of now yet if you see the bleeding is March or it is troubling you quite a lot then in that case I would suggest you to consult your gynaecologist
