Q.
Have you experienced any discomfort or pain while breastfeeding, and if so, how have you been managing it? i am a first time mother, my baby is 3 months old and i am not able to sit upright and breastfeed her for long time, i feel my supply is low becuase my baby cries every 1 hour. what to do ?

if breastfeeding is painful then it is possible that you are position and latch is not correct
there should be proper back support do not lean forward when breastfeeding
if required use a pillow on which the baby can rest
you may even feed in lying position if tired
have healthy diet adequate water and rest
