A. dear mom achi protein ka khana dijiye jaise egg, paneer, chicken, dal, curds milkshakes lassi sheera mix vegetable dal khichdi with ghee paneer or eggs parathas mix vegetable or chicken cutlets

A. Hi, instead of giving three big meals you can give five meals in a day in a smaller quantity and take a smaller intervals. Give healthy fibre and calcium rich food. In between that you can give liquids like buttermilk, coconut water, fresh fruit juice made at home, milkshakes. Always try to give home-made food. Avoid snacks, supplements. Use jaggery and ghee in cooking. Take out for cycling for about one hour in a day to play outside and expose your baby to sunlight.Write Your Answer Here
