Hands and feet are too hot even after the temperature is down...what would be the reason...child is 6 year's age and the medicine he is using is ibuprofen...

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy12 months agoA. you can give paracetamol to the child for fever and this medicine can be repeated maximum 4 times per day.
it is given according to the weight of the child and according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having.
armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever
important to do body sponge and give plenty of fluids to drink to prevent dehydration and decrease bozdy temperature.
keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever
higher medicines (ibugesic / meftal-p)for fever is required or not will xbe told by the doctor
