Halim seeds can be given to kids ?

Any kind of healthy seeds nuts and dry fruits can be given from the age of seven months to the child as they are very healthy so you should be giving them because every thing has its own health benefit I am not much sure about the seed that you are saying what is that healthy you should go for them
