For healthy weight gain, give a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Add ghee to baby’s food. 500 ml of full cream milk every day and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Continue to breastfeed baby.
