Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy5 years agoA. hi mam please take balance diet with adequate quantity of water and sleep please avoid stress and do meditation please use mild ayurvedic sampoo you can also use avla aritha and shikakai powder mixture for washing your hair you can give gentle massage with coconut oil before washing your hair you can apply aloevera gel or natural mehndi hair pack with curd or egg once a week
