ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. massage with coconut oil twice or thrice a day. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and vitamin d weekly for three months and protein powder with milk twice a day. drink lots of water. it happens due to hormonal fluctuations, deficiencies or dehydration and lack of sleep

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Apply coconut oil boiled with curry leaves. Add curry leaves in ur diet. Soak methi seed n grind it u can use even curry leaves. Grind together n apply to ur head n after 1/2 hours take shower. Continue weekly
