Q.

hair density of my daughter is very low... can you suggest the treatment..

A. Hair loss in babies is very common and because of many reasons. Because of the withdrawal maternal hormone initial hairfall is there. After birth all the hair of the baby remain in the resting phase and usually by 8 to 12 weeks of age shedding of hairs is there . Hairs will grow back mostly by 3-7 months but a proper quality hair will be there by arournd 2 years of age. Cradle cap is also a cause for frequent shedding r of hairs. along with traction alopecia because of continuous pressure on head in lying position

A. There is no treatment to increase the density of the hair but I can tell you a mixture of almond oil and castor oil is quite healthy to go for this with the hair growth is going to be better but the density can never be improved with any medicine or treatmentWrite Your Answer Here
