Haiii man After delivery I have heavy hair fall .plz can you suggest any tips to come out from the problem

Take some iron and omega-3 supplements for six months along with that also I would recommend you start applying any juice into your scalp keep it for half an hour and then you can wash it with regular sulphate free shampoo hopefully that will give you good results
