You Haven’t mentioned the age of your child the first child but anyways it’s mostly recommended to stop breastfeeding immediately as soon as you come to know that you are pregnant because this week and you are also not going to gain anything neither you’re coming child will get anything so it’s important for you to quit breastfeeding
