haii.. my daughter complainee earpain and fever started in yesterday evening... given paracetamol syrup and benzocaine combination for ear pain.. but still fever is not reduced..102f fever in today afternoon...we continuesly giving paracetamol....no complaint regarding ear pain...can we start antibiotic..??? she also facing gas issue... pls suggest
