haii.My child is 8 month old. How many times should I give him solid food??

ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge dalia sabudana oats cerelac khichdi puree mashed boiled fruits and vegetables.
remember one new food one at a time..
use Babyhug steel bowl and spoon
