Hai sir, My son is preterm baby. Twin babies. 2 months old. but both weight are not reached even 2kg. also he is not taking feeding properly. Can you please give some advice for the same

A. hi parent breast feed them well and make.sure your BM supply is good enough use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 for drinkig give them supplements as suggested by your doctor
