hai sir my Baby was 1 year 5 months and she is now under weight so please suggestions for her weight gain tips

A. Hello mom a little variation is acceptable as far as the child is active for their age & also eating a healthy & balanced diet. you may now provide the child with all usual family foods , eggs , dry fruits & nuts , rice , roti, dals , legumes like chana , rajma etc , also you can give soya , panner , ghee , milk etc
