hai sir , my baby is 7 months old and her motion is smelly is there any problem with that,and we are feeding all mix dry fruits powder,ragi malted,banana,rice. kindly assist

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, if motion is smelly, watery and mucus is present and baby is passing motion after every feed then it might be infection.
Please avoid giving salt, sugar, dry fruits, citric fruits, cow milk until baby completes one year.
Ragi porridge made with sprouted ragi powder.Any vegetable purée and fruit purée except citric. Always feed in sitting position. Use lukewarm water give lukewarm water to drink after feeding anything. Maintain hygiene. Please avoid using bottles to feed water. Use spoon or small glass.
