hai sir / mam my baby girl have black color under her eyes.. what shall I do.. y it happens

A. Maam I think it could be due to some allergy because it is not looking black it is looking more like a rash which is in red colour once you get it examine with the doctor the doctor would be able to clarify the issue and suggest your treatment accordingly
